I really enjoyed its highly professional employees.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped with shower and balcony and the toilet started running uncontrollably out of the blue, everything was fine. The location was best possible and peaceful and next to gardens and lakes.

Its ideal, central location was a plus. The room was beautifully decorated and brand-new, the beds were comfortable, included facilities we needed.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location on the riverfront was perfect, as it was centrally situated and provided beautiful views. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded at no extra cost, along with a complimentary bottle of wine for our 10th anniversary.

All was fine and there is nothing that needs improvement.

Stayed for 9 nights, the hotel was gorgeous and clean, it had marvellous and brilliant location in an excellent area where you have access for everything you want. The rooms were immaculately clean and very specious with a balcony and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the venue was so close to two very nice and quaint restaurants and Kowie river. The service was absolutely excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay here, everything was perfect and well-organized. First of all, the location was ideal, in a beautiful area close to the river and the city center. Secondly, the service was awesome, I felt like a VIP with room service, laundry and welcome drink. The staff always delivered with a smile. Lastly, the amenities were amazing, I couldn't ask for more. I loved everything, from the wide variety of food to the leisure spa & wellness center, which included manicure, facial, body wraps.

I do recommend this venue to everyone.
